JEZEBEL:
Heya, Avid Fans! I’m thrilled to announce a new contest! My Dear Creator made a deal with the devil — well, no, not really. But she did get a marvelous offer from the incredible Headmistress of the Hell’s Belles Finishing School for Girls — bags for unreformable girls. (Bless me, isn’t that a great tag line?)
I have three items that I’m giving away to the winners — beautiful clutch purses and pocketbooks. Sweet!!! Hell knows, I was sorely tempted to keep them myself. But my Dear Creator reminded me that I’m a former demon, damn it, and I shouldn’t steal from our readers. Humph. My Dear Creator needs to lighten up. Anyway.
All you have to do to enter the contest?
Comment on this blog post. Any comment will do. I prefer sonnets and declarations of worship, but feel free to just leave your name. Or better yet, tell me what book you’re reading right now.
The contest is open IMMEDIATELY. And it’s open until FATHER’S DAY (June 17, 2007) at 7:59 pm. Three winners will be picked, at random, by my Dear Creator. Those three will then have the chance to win a bonus prize: a sexy leopard-spotted heart-shaped keychain. Yum!
That’s it! Have at it, Avid Fans. And hey — buy Mom a clutch purse from Hell’s Belles Finishing School for Girls. She’ll love it. And while you’re at it, buy one for yourself too.
Smooches!

My husband would say that I need to attend your school. So if you’re offering classes, count me in. The next book on my reading list is Charlaine’s new book. I loved all the pictures of Jackie at RT. She is cute and petit, so sweet. I can’t wait to meet her next year.

Hey, Enter me in your contest - maybe one of these times, I’ll get lucky! Do you think your creator has ever been to Hell on Grand Cayman Island? I went back in 2005 and there’s a souvenir store there - when you walk in, you get greeted by the owner with “How the Hell Are Ya’?” The clerks also throw the word Hell around like it’s nothing! Must be a perk of the job!

Well, who the Hell couldn’t use another purse? I still haven’t reconfigured my bag since leaving RT on Sunday. In the last week or so have read White Night, All Together Dead and am currently reading The Dead Girls’ Dance.
TBR next? I don’t know, something called Hell’s Belles is on the top of the pile. I believe the author is a little demon that coaxed duckies out of me at RT. I was the Charlatan you met that morning before breakfast, not Ms. Murray (she was still in her room primping.) I know what you mean about everything becoming a blur after a while…
Jackie, wishing you continued success. You were a joy to meet & talk with!

Hello,
I am currently almost done with All Together Dead. I know, I would normally be finished by now but apparently it’s frowned upon to go to work and sit and read, and yes I did try. Not for the WHOLE 8 hours though!
Wish I could have been part of the RT fun this year. Well, I am SO looking forward to next year. Can’t wait to meet you! Hell’s Bells was wonderful and I am SO looking forward to The Road to Hell!! (If that wasn’t a book title that sentance would sound very creepy!)
**hugs**

Of course, you guys could contribute to my continued well-being and make me feel better by getting me the Schoolbag or the Queen of Hearts Tote. […]

Oooh! Contest! I am in desperate need of a new purse. The straps are breaking on the one I have now and it has …um…holes in it. I haven’t had a new purse in 2 years. I know, bad, but I rather buy a book than a purse!
Current book reading: Full Moon Rising by Keri Arthur book 1 in her Riley Jensen series. Just finished reading: CLAIMED BY THE DARK by Karen Chance which is book 2 in her Cassie series. Even better than the first book and has fae, vamps, ghosts, witches, greek god, demi-goddesses and other supernatural goodies/baddies.

Wow - I missed your last contest. But I’m entering this one for sure. Books currently reading, Taste of Night (Vicki Pettersson), No Humans Involved (Kelley Armstrong) and Secrets in Shadows (Jenna Black).
I recently finished For a Few Demons More (Kim Harrison), All Together Dead (Charlain Harris) and of course YOUR book Helles Belles. It (helles belles) was great. I loved the unabashed mischeivious characters. I loaned it out to three others. They all loved it (even the two who were old enough to be my mother - and I’m a grandmother!)
So I’m waiting impatiently for your next book. A cool purse would help my impatience! (grins)

Wow.Who knew your Creator had fashion sense?? Now, being a true and honest hard core flannel wearing lesbian, I’m not sure I could use a purse. Then again, I have a wife, and you know how hard you have to work to please one of those. I think demons are easier to deal with on the whole. I will say this. I’ve read ALOT of books, and those authors that understand that SARCASM is a gift from the Goddess has my vote and loyal readership any day of the week. Thanks for a great read

There are three books on my desk right now. In order from top to bottom, they are The Rushden Legacy, by Ellen Randolph (Melanie Rawn), Catechism of the Catholic Church (The Complete and Updated edition, no less), and Fortune’s Fool by Mercedes Lackey.
All sorts of fun.
Some of it quite mean.
Have a great day!

I started out on Rachel Vincent’s blog and I clicked on a link to read an interview with her on another site. then I clicked on the Magical Minxes link. I saw the book Succubus Blues and decided to check it out at Amazon. Another book grabbed my interest Hells Belles. So I clicked on that. Then I clicked on your profile. Which told about a contest. So I clicked that. And after following that path, here I am.
I am currently reading Stray by Rachel Vincent which is a great read. And when I get paid this week, I am planning to buy your book and the Succubus Blues book too!
