    Yay! Boo!

Yay! Today I received email asking for buttons. Hooray! Happiness! Show your love for all things Hell — wear a button!

Boo! Yesterday I was stung by a bee. On my thigh. When I was in the bathroom. In my own house. (God knows, it’s better than the alternative. I could have been stung somewhere much more personal.)

Yay! Just eight more days until Heather Brewer’s faboo book, Eighth Grade Bites, hits the shelves!

Boo! I’m overweight, overstressed, and overtired.

Yay! Just eight more days until Richelle Mead’s faboo book, Vampire Academy, hits the shelves!

    Boo! Bills to pay!

Yay! Rachel Caine’s Joanne Baldwin is going to get interviewed by Jezebel!

Boo! I’m spending way too much money on books. Well, the money part’s the boo — God, I love reading!

    4. Jackie,

One day my boss put on panty hose she had just taken off her clothesline and came into work. She kept feeling “pinches” on her behind and finally went to the restroom to see what was in her clothes. It was a wasp that stung her a few times right on the keister. That had to hurt!

    6. What? A bee? Woman, you don’t need that extra stress.

by Richelle Mead on August 9th, 2007 at 4:59 pm

    7. Yeah. But the bee’s dead, and I’m not dead yet. All in all, I’d say I got the better end of the deal.
