On the other hand, the dude is 76 and Shatner really wants to do it. He might not be around for another movie. And Captian Kirk is the man. Also IMO I don't think they needed a young Sulu, Chekov, and a few others. Kirk, Spock, Scotty, and McCoy and some totally new charcters would have a better feel to it. Is it going to be Captian Pike in charge or the Enterprise? I’m conflicted here:
