Thank you, oh Envious ones! The winner of Shannon McKelden’s terrific VENUS ENVY (I loved, loved, loved this book) is…
April: I would have said I am envious of all you talented authors who write such fab books. But since someone else has mentioned that, I’ll pick my runner up envy, that of those people with the gorgeous figures, the million dollar legs, the perfect smile, hair that seems never to have even a strand out of place. The beautiful people. I envy them as they make it all look so easy.
Congratulations, April! Please email me with your postal address, and I’ll send you a copy of VENUS ENVY.
Today’s sin is PRIDE. And we all know it comes before a fall. In this case, it’s a Guardian who falls…hard for a demon. Today’s book giveaway is…
Meljean Brook’s DEMON ANGEL.
For a chance to win, tell me one thing you’re damn proud of. Winner to be picked at random tomorrow!

I’m proud of my wife for being the amazing, generous and loving mother of our two little girls, the best friend I have ever had and ever will, and being the source of inspiration for our family. She rocked my world the day I met her and has never stopped since.

I’m proud of being an American where I have the freedom of choice in so many things that people in other countries are not allowed. I think I, like many others, take many of these wonderful freedoms for granted which is a shame as we should be very grateful for them.

I’m proud of being a good mother to my two wonderful children. Motherhood is simultaneously the hardest and most joyful endeavor I’ve ever had the privilage to be a part of.
Congrats Wendy on doing well in nursing school! The second semester was a hard one for me, but year two was actually easier, so keep that in mind. You stay so busy, that it goes by really quickly. You will be graduating before you know it!

I was thrilled to learn I won Venus Envy. Thank you! I hope everyone here gets a win also!
And although I’m out of the draw, I’d like to play along if I may. For Pride: I’m proud to be an American. Free in every sense of the word. And the men and women of this country fight hard to protect that freedom. I’m so proud of them also. In fact my brother is right now out there fighting with the Air Force. I hope he comes home soon.

I’m proud of my two wonderful daughters. I haven’t been feeling well for a long time and they have stopped by everyday and been very helpful.
