Ack.
Went to NYC for family-related funness this weekend. Learned the following:
1. I absolutely cannot type when I’m riding in a car. Net words gained during 4.5-hour drive: 23.
2. When Loving Husband plays boccie, I shouldn’t make any other plans. Like, for example, seeing THE DARK KNIGHT. That freaking game took 45 minutes. Between that delay and then mad traffic getting back to Brooklyn, the movie just didn’t happen. Whine.
3. When I’m supposed to blog at the League on Sunday, and I know I’m going to be away for at least part of the day, I should do the post ahead of time. Otherwise, I might not blog at all. Oops. I stink. Sorry, my fellow Leaguers.
But there was some delicious goodness to come home to (besides my bed):
ParaNormalRomance reviewed HOTTER THAN HELL. Squee!
Jaci Burton loves Daun. Double squee!
Encouraged, I finally got the next Cat and Muse script to Amy Wallen. Should go live in the next day or so. Currently working on Jes Battis’s script as well as Jess Riley’s. (Yes, I’m in a Jes sort of place. Fitting, when I’m writing in Jesse-mode for HELL BOUND.)
Happy Monday!
