Up-and-coming YA urban fantasy author Jen Hayley grabbed an advance reading copy of BLACK AND WHITE earlier this month at New York Comic Con. In her blog post, she reviewed the book. The review ends with:

Meanwhile, I’m working on content for the website for The Icarus Project (yep, that’s the series title — BLACK AND WHITE is book 1, and SHADES OF GRAY is book 2, and I’m sure future books will be something equally colorful, perhaps plaid or even chartreuse). Among other things, I think there’s going to be a Character Guide, each with Code-Name/Given Name, a quote from the book, known relatives/associates, powers, and an official character biography. Playing with other ideas too…
