Okay, Avid Fans. You already know that my first-ever YA novel, Hunger, has sold to Harcourt, right? And you know that this means…a YA website! ***rubs hands gleefully*** I’ll be working on that. But first…
You know how I do Cat and Muse here, yeah? My character Jezebel interviews the characters of other authors, right? Well…time for Cat and Muse to hit YA! But it won’t be Jezzie who does those interviews. Nopers, it will be one of the characters from Hunger, the new book, who will be doing the heavy lifting. (Melpomene, however, may produce the YA C&M as well as the adult C&M. She’s a Muse; she can do these things. Maybe. Open to your feedback.)
So my question to the world at large is: What should I call “Cat and Muse” on my upcoming YA website?
Hit me with your best answers. If there’s one that works for me, not only will I use the answer as the name of the YA C&M segment but I’ll also give the winner a signed copy of BLACK AND WHITE, the upcoming superhero novel I coauthored with Caitlin Kittredge.
There’s no deadline on this. The contest will run until I have a name I like. So go ahead: spread the word, tweet, cross-blog it, whatever you’d like.
So…what do you think I should call the new YA edition of Cat & Muse?

ALSO ADDED: Because I’m looking for the right answer, there’s no limit on how many guesses you can make, or how many times you can post. I’ll know the answer when I see it.

YA huh? this should be interesting. As a young adult myself (something that I’ll never admit to my parents, to them i insist on being an “adult”), i shall be seeking this book out and devouring it (no pun intended).
As for the name for YA’s Cat & Mouse, um i dont know…
Us & Them? (often how we see the world) I suppose it depends who is doing the interview.
